2007 Blanc de Blanc Brut
Only ripe and healthy grapes were used to produce this high class-sparkling wine; in order to only squeeze the berries the crushing was done smooth and gently. A long, temperature controlled first fermentation followed. After the second fermentation in the bottle the sparkling wine aged on the lees for a minimum of 12 month up to 12 years. The bottles are disgorged and corked on demand, just before they leave the factory. Therefore even older vintages are recently disgorged.
